Kenny Kok
Founder & CEO
Mr. Kenny Kok, the Founder and current CEO of E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd, kickstarted his career in the real estate industry in 2005. Despite being the youngest agent in the team, his exceptional sales talent outshone the rest and won him the SE Homes Realty’s Best New Employee Award. Consecutively, he managed to maintain top sales results in the following years and led a team of 20 high-performing junior real estate agents.
Subsequently, he set up a branch in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, in 2009, and with his exceptional performance in the real estate industry, Mr. Kenny Kok further expanded the business by establishing two more branches in Setapak (2011) and OUG (2012), Kuala Lumpur, where he assumed the role as the Sales and Marketing Director.
With accumulated experience of more than 18 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Kenny Kok, has developed and set up a system which enables his team to manage property-related matters efficiently, which are time-saving and cost-saving. Owing to this smart system, E Trend Realty has acquired ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System. Under his leadership and continuous support from the entire management team, E Trend Realty and its sister companies have achieved exponential growth in the real estate industry.
Tan Chun Haw, Vincent
CO FOUNDER
In his capacity as the Director and license holder of E Trend Property Management Sdn Bhd, Sr. Vincent Tan Chun Haw boasts a distinguished academic background, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious University of Wales Cardiff. Furthermore, he holds a professional degree in valuation conferred by RSIM, underscoring his profound expertise in the field.
Vincent Tan is also a registered luminary in the realm of Real Estate, recognized as both a Registered Real Estate Agent and Property Manager with the distinguished BOVAEA, bearing license credentials (License number E2130, PM 1185). His journey into the real estate arena commenced in the year 2000, and his dedication culminated in the acquisition of his E License in 2010, marking the inception of his impactful presence in the Real Estate Agency and Property Management sectors.
Notably, Vincent Tan attained the prestigious “Sr” title in 2016 from the illustrious RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia). This formidable achievement was no facile feat, as it entailed navigating a labyrinthine series of rigorous examinations and comprehensive courses, emblematic of his unwavering commitment to the vocation.
In 2017, Vincent Tan embarked on a pivotal juncture in his career by joining E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd as a Director. Subsequently, in 2018, he forged a new milestone by establishing E Trend Property Management Sdn Bhd. Notably, the latter entity achieved the coveted certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the following year, further cementing Mr. Tan’s reputation as a paragon of excellence in Property management and real estate services.
Bernice Wong
CO-FOUNDER
My journey in the real estate agency industry began in 2009, and it has been marked by significant achievements and contributions:
In 2010, I achieved the distinction of becoming the company’s Top Rookie award while simultaneously securing a position in the top ten sales performers nationwide.
From 2011 to 2016, I maintained a consistent presence in the national top ten sales rankings.
The pinnacle of my career came in 2013 when I clinched the prestigious title of Nationwide Sales Champion.
In 2016, I took the monumental step of co-founding E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd.
The year 2017 marked a transition to a management role within the company, with a focus on sales training.
In 2018, I was officially appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and in 2020, I assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The year 2021 was especially significant, as I was honored with the esteemed ELC Award, the company’s highest accolade, and I was entrusted with the role of a company training instructor.
In 2022, I ventured to establish my own elite team, known as the Pegasus Team, dedicated to excellence in the real estate arena.
Throughout 2022 and 2023, I undertook the role of a company lecturer, specializing in strategies for advertising and selling second-hand real estate properties.
My journey has been defined by dedication, consistent success, and a commitment to enhancing the real estate industry. I look forward to continued growth and success in this dynamic field.
Desmond Kok
Co-founder
Incorporated in 2006, I embarked on a journey in the real estate industry. The subsequent years were marked by notable achievements and contributions:
In 2007, I was honored to receive the Top Rookie Award.
By 2008, the company had climbed to the ranks of the top ten national sales performers.
The year 2013 saw the company achieve the remarkable feat of securing the national runner-up position.
From 2008 to 2015, I maintained a consistent presence in the national top ten individual sales performers.
In 2009, I took the initiative to establish a branch in Kepong, specializing in terrace houses, and achieved a significant milestone by closing 20 deals within two months.
In 2016, I co-founded E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd.
From 2017 to 2023, I actively engaged in the company’s specialized training and sales development & area specialise programs, further honing my professional expertise in the field.
This journey has been marked by dedication, accolades, and a commitment to providing top-notch real estate services. I look forward to continued growth and success in the industry.
Jacky Liew
GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Jacky Liew is a distinguished professional with a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Actuarial Science and a Diploma in Real Estate Management. His academic achievements reflect a commitment to excellence.
Currently, Mr. Jacky Liew serves as a Probationary Estate Agent, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry. His career in the property sector commenced in 2012, and over the course of more than 10 years, he has accumulated invaluable experience in the real estate sector.
Mr. Jacky Liew’s tenure with the company has been marked by a consistent and noteworthy contribution to its remarkable business growth. His strategic insights and dedication have played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s position within the industry.

PROJECT SALES DIRECTOR
Mr. Eken Ng has more than 10 years of accumulated experience in Project Sales since he kickstarted his career in the real estate industry in 2011.

With more than 10 years of accumulated experience and exposure in the real estate industry, Mr. Max Ong was appointed as the Sub-sales Director of E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd in 2021. He has contributed significantly to the Company’s business growth since he joined the company.
