HOW E TREND REALTY BEGINS …
E TREND REALTY started off with a humble beginning. Mr. Kenny Kok, the Founder and current CEO of E TREND REALTY SDN BHD, initially ventured into the real estate industry in year 2005. Despite being the youngest agent in the team, his innate sales talent outshone the rest and won him the SE Homes Realty’s Best New Employee Award. Consecutively, he managed to maintain top sales results in the following years and led a team of 20 high-performing junior real estate agents.
Subsequently, he set up a branch in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, in 2009, and with his exceptional performance in the real estate industry, Mr. Kenny Kok further expanded the business by establishing two more branches in Setapak (2011) and OUG (2012), Kuala Lumpur, where he assumed the role as the Sales and Marketing Director.
Through his exceptional talent in real estate industry coupled with his excellent leadership skills, he managed to expand his team of property agents rapidly. In order to cope with the rapid business growth, a real estate agency, namely E TREND REALTY SDN BHD was incorporated in March 2017.
Incorporated with RM 1 million paid-up capital, E TREND REALTY SDN BHD, has further expand its services into various property-related fields, including Project Sale, Sub-Sale, MM2H, Auction, Property Development and Property Management, turning it into a one-stop solution realty hub with an all-inclusive range of real estate services.
To better manage each property-related field, other sister companies were established, namely E TREND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD which focuses on property management matters, HALCYON DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD which focuses on development of real estate projects, and ETF MANAGEMENT SDN BHD, an investment holding company.
With accumulated experience of more than 18 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Kenny Kok, has developed and set up a system which enables his team to manage property-related matters efficiently, which are time-saving and cost-saving. This smart system has enabled exponential growth of E TREND REALTY and its sister companies in the real estate industry. In addition, E TREND REALTY has also acquired ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System.
E TREND REALTY has a total of 5 Operations Offices with REA licences, namely the Head Office located in Kepong, followed by the branches in Setapak and Jaya One, Kuala Lumpur, as well as the branches in Kuantan, Pahang, and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In addition, E TREND REALTY has a total of 9 training offices across Malaysia, namely in Rawang, Ampang, Klang, Cheras, Puchong, Selayang, Seremban, Johor and Ipoh.
Registered under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEA), today, E TREND REALTY has acquired 5 licenses of Registered Estate Agent (REA) under which enables the company to recruit 250 Real Estate Negotiators (REN) which further facilitates the expansion of its business in the real estate industry.

At E TREND REALTY SDN BHD, we have further expanded our services into various property-related fields, including Project Sale, Sub-Sale, MM2H, Auction, Property Development and Property Management, turning it into a one-stop solution realty hub with an all-inclusive range of real estate services.
In recent years, we have ventured into property development and some of the projects we have undertaken include the Residensi Mamanda, a project with 61 units of terrace house built (2022) and the high-rise apartment, Amantara Suites in Subang 2, which is scheduled for completion in mid of 2026.
Another upcoming property development project that we will undertake is a project on a 10-acre land located in Meru, Klang, Selangor.
